1.Cancellation Policy:

Eligibility for Cancellations:

• Should you decide to cancel your order, please do so within 48 hours of placing it. You can easily initiate the cancellation by emailing us at contact.praari@gmail.com.

How to Cancel an Order:

• To cancel your order, please email us at contact.praari@gmail.com as soon as possible within the stipulated time frame.

Consequences of Frequent Cancellations:

• Please note, a  4% processing fee will be deducted from your refund amount for eligible cancellations due to payment gateway charges.
• Frequent cancellations may lead to the permanent blocking of your account from placing future orders on our website. We also reserve the right to report abusive behavior to other online platforms.

2.Refund Policy:

• Once the returned product is received and inspected, you will be notified of the status of your return via email or WhatsApp.
• If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method for online payments, or credited to your bank account.
• Refunds will reflect in your account within 7 to 15 working days after the return is approved.
